Your painting skills are strong, blacknapalm, and your models are painted well. The only thing I'd suggest is to add detail to the faces of the guardsmen, and I think doing so with washes would be the best option. Nonetheless, your painting is very nice, I like your paint job.

here is my more up to date model i was thinking how bland and boring the Imperial Guard motor team was it had no leader and no communication what is the point to have a motor team and no way to tell them ware you need the ordinance and a leader who seems to know what he is doing would be handy too so this is what i came up with (sorry the pics are not that great)

ohhhh ya and i am thinking about buying one of those back packs that have speakers in them and turn it into a army case so i can play Ride of the Valkyries
